ડબલ ડેકર કેપ્સિકમ પરાઠા - Double Dekar Capsicum Parathas is very easy and most delicious recipe. From the basic ingredients, you can make it the best things. So I have just tried a new experiment. It has lots of nutritious because it contains capsicum which is rich in many vitamins and antioxidants, especially vitamin C. It is a very healthy recipe for the kids and you as well.

Ingredients:
1 cup red and green Bell pepper
cheddar cheese
1 tsp chilli flex
1/4 tsp mix herb
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
1/2 chilli powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1/4 garam masala
1/4 chaat masala
1 cup whole wheat flour
oil for frying
Methods:
1. Make a dough of Paratha first, For that Take a bowl add wheat flour in it.
2. Now add salt to taste, 2-3 tsp oil and mix well. Gradually add little water and form little stiff dough and rest it half an hour.
3. Now take another bowl for making the stuffing of paratha`s. Add Chopped bell peppers and all dry spices like chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, pepper powder, chilli flex, mix herb and mix it well. Do not add salt right at this point Otherwise its turn in water in mixer. Now add grated cheddar cheese in it and mix well.
4. Add the salt in the above mixture while you start making paratha.
5. For making the Double Dekar parathas Take a small ball from the dough and make 2 parathas with slightly thick and keep it aside.
6. Now Take one rolled paratha and stuff it with the prepared mixture. Now Take another rolled paratha and put it on this paratha and seal the edges by gently press it there. As shown in the below.
7. Now Heat a pan and add this paratha in it. fry it both the side using the oil. Now your double Dekar Capsicum Paratha is ready to serve.
