Matar Maggi| Peas maggie | Vatana Maggie is available in every home. You required simple ingredients for this yummy and kids all time favourite Maggie. This includes Peas, onion, tomatoes and dry Masala that all.You can also choose veggies as per your choice

Ingredients:
2 pack Maggie
1 cup green matar/peas
pinch of Hing
3 tsp oil for frying
2 chopped onion
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 chopped tomatoes for garnish
Methods:
1. Heat oil in a pan. add pinch of Hing and add chopped onion and saute till transplant.
2. Add some salt so it cooks faster. now add all dry powder-like chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
3. Mix all the ingredients well. Now add peas(matar) in it and cook it for 1 minute.
4. Now empty 2 maggie pack and add 1 glass of water in it. mix well on high flame for 2-3 minutes and let it cover.
5. Add the Maggie`s Masala sachets, When Half of water boil then slow the heat and cook it till the maggie noodles becomes thick. Make the gravy consistency as per your choice or dry it out completely.
6. Now serve this hot maggie garnish with tomatoes and enjoy. This is the easiest recipe ever
