બુંદી રાયતા -Bundi Rayata | Raita is a condiment in South Asian cuisine made of dahi (yoghurt, often referred to as curd) together with Boondi. The closest approximation in western cuisine is a side dish or dip, or a cooked salad. Raita is also sometimes simply called dahi or sourmilk, after its main ingredient, particularly in South African Indian cuisine.

Ingredients:
500gram creamy curd
1 cup Bundi
1 chopped green chilli
salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
5-6 tbsp sugar (you can increase or decrease according to your taste)
Handful of chopped coriander leaves
Pinch of Chilli powder
Method:
1. Take a bowl add curd in it. Whisk it till become smooth.
2. Now add half glass of water and whisk it again.
3. Add salt, turmeric powder, sugar, green chilli and few chopped coriander and mix all together until sugar dissolved
4. Now add Bundi in it and mix well. Garnish with a pinch of chilli powder and coriander and refrigerate for half an hour and this chilled Bundi raita is ready to serve.
