Vada Pav Chutney| Dry Chutney | Vada Pav's Chutney is mainly served with the vada pav Which is more famous food In Mumbai. It is also called Mumbai Vada pav. This Special Chutney gives life to Vada pav and taste delicious that you can't resist your self without eating.
You can try other variation with vada pav chutney you can eat it with bread slice and also with your regular meal. Its gives a spicy touch to your taste buds. If you prefer spicy food then you should try it once.

Vada Pav Chutney
There are simple ingredients but the taste is awesome . This is my favourite recipe every time. See the ingredients for making this recipe. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut
1 cup white sesame seed
2-3 tbsp cumin
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger and green chilli paste
salt to taste
1 chilli powder
1/4 turmeric powder
Method:
1. Heat a pan and add peanut in it and roast them slightly in golden and keep aside to cool down
2. Use the same pan add sesame seed and roast it till golden brown keep the flame slow otherwise it burns quickly.
3. Now roast the cumin and keep aside.
4. take a mixer jar add cumin in it. and make fine powder. Add peel garlic cloves.
5. now grind peanut and sesame seeds separately and crush them coarsely. Do not crush all at once. Crush it little at a time.
6. Now Heat a pan and add 2 tsp oil, add ginger-green chilli paste and saute 20 sec. Now add the prepared mixture in it.
7. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder and chilli powder mix them properly. Saute the mixture 2 minute and keep aside for cool down.
8. Now store this Vada pav chutney in a clean container and use with Vada Pav. It also goes with well bread slices. Try it and write us.
