Ingredients:
1 cup Poha
1 1/2 cup Soji (Semolina)
1 1/2 cup Soji (Semolina)
2 cup Curd (sour curd)
1 Tbsp Eno
1 Tbsp Oil- 1 tablespoon
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp White Sesame seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp White Sesame seeds
1 tsp Kasoori methi
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Take a bowl and add poha and mix with the 1 cup curd in it. Leave it for 10 minutes to soak.
2. After 10 min take a bowl and mix poha and curd well So that it make a smooth consistency.
3. Now add semolina and 1 cup curd in the above mixture. Add some salt, Kasuri methi and pour 2 cups of water in it and check the consistency of the batter and keep aside for 15 min.
4. After that, check the batter and consistency like a little bit thicker because of the rise of semolina but you can easily pour it. If you required you can add some more water as per batter.
5. Turn on the gas stove and heat the pan with oil in it. when oil gets hot add mustard seed, cumin seed, sesame seed and urad dal and fry it on medium flame 1 to 2 min and pour into batter and mix it.
6. Now put the steamer on gas and add water in it and put the idli plate. Grease it with oil.
7. Add Eno into the idli mixture and mix it in one direction continuously, Because of this Idli becomes soft and spongy.
8. now pour this batter into idli plate and steam it for 20 min. After that check the idli with the help of knife pick it, if it turns out clean then the idli is ready to serve. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
9. Server this hot idli with Sambhar and coconut chutney
